DESCRIPTION
Six storey reinforced concrete framed hotel. Total floor area is approximately 66,000 SF and includes a dividable meeting/banquet wing, restaurant and pub on the main level. Exterior walls are masonry block and brick and elevations are enhanced with brick accent bands are arches. Exterior insulated finish system is used in various areas to highlight the masonry work. This project was a scheduling challenge and required completing the concrete structure and most of the masonry during winter months to open on time in June 2004.
