DESCRIPTION
CP-1 included all heavy site earth works, installation of all site services, all concrete foundations, and jack hole for elevator. Site work includes a large Allan Block retaining wall structure. Included with foundation work is a stair and elevator core to be used for access to the existing hospital. The concrete shaft walls are tapered retaining wall measuring 1000 mm at the base and 300 mm at top, overall height of concrete cores is 19.3 m.
