DESCRIPTION
New three storey plus basement law court facility for western region. The 52,000 SF building will feature seven courtrooms as well as various detention, office, storage, and administration space. This facility will be built using several LEED credits although Indoor Air Quality Management is the only one required by contract. The building will be heated by a state of the art ground to water geothermal system for all levels. Local materials are a LEED plus as the slate roofing and stone exterior cladding is locally supplied and installed. Facility is due to be completed in April, 2009.
