New elementary school for the area. Total floor area approximately 33,000 SF. The building structure is an interesting steel and wood framed hybrid in the core and both wings. The gym area is traditional structural steel and concrete block. Use of colour and pattern in room finishes make the space fun for primary and elementary aged children.
